She currently teaches PILATES (MATWORK, REFORMER, CADILLAC) and “BALLET FOR OVER-40S” in Trieste.

In 2006, she founded the “Studio Fisiodanza & Pilates” in Milan and Trieste, where she teaches her own training method, “Fisiodanza & Pilates by Elisabetta Marchesi”.

In 2002, she devoted herself entirely to teaching Pilates and dance at numerous Pilates centres and studios in Milan.

In 2002, in Milan, she completed the “Certified Teacher Covatech Pilates Method” course and, in the same year, obtained the PILATES INSTRUCTOR DIPLOMA issued by ENDAS and FIA.

In 2000, she began studying Pilates in New York (USA) at “True Pilates New York”.

At the age of 20, she was an aerobics and modern-jazz dance instructor at accredited dance and fitness centres in Milan.

At the age of 18, she was a professional dancer with numerous classical and modern dance companies in Italy (Balletto di Roma, Compagnia Italiana di Balletto Classico and others).

At the age of 17, she came first in the rankings of the competition for the corps de ballet at the Giuseppe Verdi Theatre in Trieste.

The following year, in Venice, she obtained a Professional Training Certificate in Classical and Modern Dance, studying under leading masters and choreographers from the international dance scene.

She began studying Academic Classical Dance at the age of 6 and passed her final exam at 16 with a score of 10/10 at the ‘Città di Trieste’ Classical Dance School (an Institute of Artistic Education authorised by the Ministry of Education).
